Catch Up!

This is going to be a catch up post, since I haven't blogged for like 2 months. Since I last blogged, we celebrated Halloween by taking Braden trick-or-treating at the law school:

We went to St. George for Thanksgiving. There, Braden started solids and loved loved loved being able to eat REAL food.

He also got to sit on Santa's lap along with his two cute cousins who were born around the same time as him:

We went to Seattle for Christmas. Braden got his first pair of eyeglasses for Christmas. Isn't he the cutest muffin you have ever seen wearing glasses? Since getting them, he has been often referred to as "the professor" and "Harry Potter." We think he looks more like Ralphie from "A Christmas Story."

Yay for Christmas! We also enjoyed a fun New Year's at the Maucotel home. Then, we made our trip back to LA. Brian started an externship at the District Attorney (DA) office last week and has been loving working in the cold case murder division of their office. He is doing that full-time for school right now. And, finally, we just found out that we can move into a two bedroom apartment at the end of the month! We have been getting increasingly cramped in this one bedroom, so we finally took action to move. We are so excited!

Our 2 1/2 year old nephew is getting glasses as well! It reminded me of you guys. I have to say, Braden is flipping adorable with his little spectacles. I love it! I seriously just want to squish his cute little cheeks!

Congrats Brian on the externship with the DA, what a great opportunity!

Holy cow that picture of him in his snow suit is absolutely adorable! Hope your holidays went well. Good luck with finding out about his eyes, that sounds like a horrible test for babies. I don't know if I could do it.
